This has worked very well for Stardock, and I think it will be useable here. I think U should submit the coding. Which is the software developement kit. Even though modding is pretty good it doesn't cover everything. If people change code with civilization I think they will here, or maybe the same people will. I'm talking from Civilization people who play around with the software developement kit. People who play the game.
I think you should stick to one post about modifying game play, obviously this is an important thing for you, but we don't really need 3 posts on similar topics, all three could have been combined into 1.
