Will we see something like this in the game or do we need to formally request it? (again)
So based on the opinions and responses on the two I would hope it will be implemented. I ask because I've heard ideas and talk about it, but I don't remember what what said about them.

Seriously though, I'd like a black market like in Sins of a Solar Empire, where you can buy (small) amounts of strategic resources for a steep price. It's have to be balanced very carefully.
