I just received a request from Start10 to upgrade, and during the upgrade it produced this message:
I tried to get the installer to continue, but received a slew of other errors relating to PNG files it said were missing or something. I ended up cancelling the installation.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest update version and Reboot .

Temporarily disable any and all AV products including Windows Defender and then try to re-install.

OK found the issue. Windows defender has something called 'Ransomware Protection' if I disable that it works fine. For reference, disabling Windows Defender doesn't work, you have to go in and edit this one setting as it seems to remain active even with the program completely disabled, hope this helps others with this issue.
