Your automatic snapshots option causes problems for me (not being able to move files or icons in certain places), so I must take snapshots manually several times per day. Once I have taken a new snapshot I do not need the old. It appears the only way to delete old snapshots is one at a time. This is too time consuming. I will be doing this thousands of times per year. Isn't there a way to highlight multiple snapshots and then delete in mass? Isn't this an important/basic enough function to add? And/or isn't there a way to locate snapshots using File Explorer and delete there? It is nowhere to be found in Stardock's Fences folder. Please help. Thank you.
The snapshots are by default located in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups
That was the first place I looked, however there is no AppData folder.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Here is mine. Maybe you have it hidden.
Basj,Stardock Community Assistant.
Must be hidden, but typing in the address bar worked. Thank you! I recommend allowing people to select multiple screenshots within the program, perhaps allowing to SHIFT+Click and/or CTRL+Click.
Hello,I have forward your request to the Stardock Support Team for their review and recommendations. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We really do appreciate your feedback, Thanks
Still trying to resolve similar issue.... but JUST A NOTE. If a files settings are hidden, you have to unhide it/ You can not just type the path in the address bar. Also a note to all....... do not forget to hide the file when you are done. System files are hidden for a reason.
