I got the same problem, it will be solved after:
- Let Groupy 2 to use native tabs of explorer and notepad.
- Stop the service of Groupy 2.
- Uninstall the Groupy 2.
All the solutions will affect immediately without need of reboot.
My application version is at below:
- Groupy 2 2.12
- Notepad 11.2307.27.0
To solve this problem I uninstall and re-install the notepad from Microsoft Store, so my notepad is the newest and I don't know how to downgrade it.
And it's not always like that, I found it crashing after I update some hardware drive. After that happened I have tried to rollback them, but you know that, a drive is a drive, I can not be certain that I have rollback them thoroughly, and it just did not work as expected.
