I just finished winning a game, then went to the main menu and started a new game. The game started building a new galaxy and is stuck there.

To recreate the issue, follow these steps:

1. Load the saved game.
2. Use my fleet named "Mahasim Fleet XVI" to invade the planet named "Aldhanab II".
   1. that cause the game to declare that you have won
3. Click on the video to avoid having to watch it
4. Click on the option to go to the main menu
5. When you get to the main menu click on the "New Game" button
6. Click on the "Next" button to use my custom civilization
7. Click on the "Next" button to accept the current game settings
8. Click on the "Start Game" button to accept the currently selected opponents

At this point you will get the screen saying that it is building a new galaxy and you will be stuck there.

I believe the cause of this bug is that all of the dialogs associated with the end of the winning game were not destroyed and are still sitting there waiting for user input.  This means that the old galaxy has not been destroyed so the new galaxy cannot be created.

I realize that this is not something that people will run into very often but, since it locks the game up until it is killed from the operating system, it needs to be looked at and fixed.
