I like to keep my Desktop empty without any icons so that my DeskScapes look clean. In Windows 10, I pinned my custom Recycle Bin to the taskbar using a Toolbar and the state (empty/full) showed as intended.
I am able to achieve this with Start11v2 by creating a "Pinned folder menu" and placing a shortcut of the Recycle Bin in the folder. It changes states as expected and a right click allows me to empty it, but I have to click on the folder to see the state. (see below)

I have tried pinning the Recycle Bin folder to the taskbar, which works, but the state doesn't change and you can't right click to empty it. I have also tried pinning a shortcut of the Recycle Bin to the taskbar, but that doesn't work either.
My Feature Request is to somehow allow pinning the Recycle Bin to the taskbar so that the state changes (empty/full) and that a right click allows you to empty it. It works in the pinned folder menu, so I would think this would be fairly easy to implement. I understand this is a niche use, but a feature I believe others would use if it was available.
Thanks for your consideration,
