Greetings Fellow Immortals
While trying to understand and learn effectively about Windows XP Professional, at home in my spare time, I found it somewhat
difficult to recall all that I have read. Having used flash cards in the past, for getting the mindset, was cool if you happen to be in a
study group or at the very least have a split personality. Having discovered that acronyms are more conducive to recall than any
other method that I have used to date, I relied upon my creative genius to ease the pain.
With regard to the seven attributes of a folder/file; Read-only, Hidden, System, Archive, Compressed, Encrypted, and Temporary, I
have found this acronym “E-STARCH”. In hope, this will stick especially if you are flying solo and need to dedicate this to memory
for a test or quiz. After all, “Knowledge is simply useless information until it is shared”!
