Daily Love Tip #6
JUST SAY NO!

Does your mouth ever say yes while your heart is screaming no? Being assertive is sometimes viewed as being insensitive, unkind or self-serving. But it's really just being honest and fair. Your time and your needs are as important as anyone else's.
This doesn't mean that your "boundaries" should keep you from ever going out of your way for someone else. It just means you don't let anger and frustration build by trying to live up to a yes that should never have been said in the first place.
Procrastination, forgetfulness, doing a halfhearted job, or backing out at the last minute are often just backhanded ways of saying no. So be considerate and just say no up front.
Say no, so you can say yes to those things that are most important to you.
