also Axialis - Icon Workshop...if you're referring to true icon files.

yes, i just got axialis and really like it, thanks for that, i am going to download corel also, i have photoshop and have been using it for quite a while for photos and some graphics but not for this type of graphic, ive been tinkering and comming up with some cute stuff/
