open icons

Hi all can anyone help me. i can down load the icons but can not open them and use them. They look so good but i am at the end of the line please help or i will be 1 laptop down.

which icons?

iconpackager icons? - do you have iconpackager the program? see software tab

misc icons? need to unzip them - right click the icon to change, properties, change icon > browse to one you downloaded.

yes icon packager, i get a package, down load it and it just want open Bichur. how do i add them to my comp, what should i save them as.

Thanks Bichur the Icon link helped. i have down loaded a package but is it useual that all icons do not change

It is comPewter icon package, thats how it is spelt. the omes that did not cross over were things like, bluetooh places limewire and a few of my work icons.

and are those icons included in the package?

I'm thinking not..

each package only includes those icons created for the package

I've seen packages with 50 icon to packages with 250+ icons

Nope, the pack does not include those icons. Sorry, snez. I'm not even sure if they were supported icons in IP at that time.

*edit - I just checked and IP doesn't support those two icons even now. Have you tried looking under misc icons and downloading one of those to apply manually?
