Creating an icon package

Hey guys,
I just downloaded a killer set of Vista icons (complete) and they were all in a .png format.
So i then created all the icons as an "icon' format from IP.
Now i have a complete icon set to create a new package.
So my obvious question is: How can i create an IP package so i can just install the whole theme without right-clicking to change the desired icon?
I've searched this whole forum but nothing relevant. Hope you guys can help!
