In my experience, diplomatic vics are the hardest to accomplish, I always go for straight forward, apocalyptic nuclear mega death!

In that case, diplomatic victories are easy to accomplish- you simply nuclear mega-death all but one race, and ally with that last race.

I got my second victory last night on a MASSIVE universe. It was a Technological vic too. I would post the pics, but I didn't copy em. total ending points were 9800 or so. How many different ways are there to win?
Hehheh the diplo messages like "I would declare war on you but you set my intelligence too low!" are pretty hilarious too.
