Wincustomize is a website, not a program. You can delete the url in your favorites or bookmarks.

The program we used to use for downloads of skins/themes (Wincustomize Browser) was replaced by Stardock Central

On the left side of SDC should be link for Wincustomize, click that then the Wincustomize Browser should be listed there.
