I didn't see this listed anywhere, so I thought I would bring it up in case anyone else goes insane trying to figure it out.
Simply put, .org and .com look like the same website, but the .org one has some major issues.
The gallery works fine, but you cannot download anything. All I would get is a redirection to my last page with no error message. Just me being confused and frustrated. Even when I got to a page saying 0 of 20MB of my quota was used up. I thought to myself, well maybe things got more restrictive and I tried logging into my account which has several Stardock products registered on it. Upon hitting login, it would just refresh the page I was just in with no error message and not actually log me in. So I go to the retrieve password screen and enter my email address. Guess what, it refreshes the page without an error or acknowledgment. Went to the forums, no mention I could see under site issues, so either a really new issue, or really old that got pushed down. Couldn't actually ask about it because I wasn't logged into anything.
So I look at my cookies and see entries for wincustomize.org and wincustomize.com. I've been going to .org for years and never heard of .com so I certainly should not have cookies for it. So I go there and everything looks the same, but everything works. The proof being I can actually make a post because I'm logged in. =P
The moral of the story is to avoid .org and go with .com.
