Some issues with WindowsFX and Window Blinds 5.5

Ok when I restart my pc I must run Window Blinds in order for the them to apply, how do I fix this?

Also, if I dont unmount WindowsFX before shut down explorer.exe does not shut down properly. Furthermore, in order to run regedit, WindowsFX must be unmounted as well.
