My sitrep: I intend to get the game from EB either tonight or tomorrow after work and follow up by downloading the BonusPak through SDC. Has anybody followed this procedure and are there any 'gotchas' or unintuitive steps that they'd like to share?
There seem to have been many issues with downloading through SDC, but they also *seem* to have been resolved. Is this the case? If I let SDC auto-update to whatever it thinks is the right version and then attempt to download the BonusPak, am I golden?
I apologise if I seem suspicious, but I've heard some rough stories from the bleeding edge here, any reassurance that all is well would be much appreciated.
I appreciate the effort everyone at Stardock is putting out and look forward to enjoying a great game.

No problem.

Here's where we're at at 4:47pm the day before official "general availability".

You can now go to the download section, put in your serial # and get a link sent to you that lets you download the bonus pak.

Alternatively, you will soon be able to download Stardock Central. Because of last night's "unpleasantness" with SDCentral, I have required a full QA round on the new build before it goes out which is why it's not currently linked there but it will be up later this afternoon.

Cool beans. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Sounds like I can follow traditional download-the-patch procedure to get the BonusPak and use SDCentral for future updates after the QA process is complete and the dust settles. By the way, if that organ harvesting you mentioned is successful, could I get a bit of liver? Mines about full up of whisky and could use all the help it can get. LOL
Can I also just second Axxon's post that this is the most customer friendly game site and company I've experienced? Timely and forthright responses to almost every issue raised. Kudos to all.
