DreamMaker export fails - DeskScapes.mp4 video file is empty

Windows 11 Pro 26H2
AMD RX 7600 XT
Latest AMD Adrenalin driver
HEVC Video Extensions installed
Issue:
DreamMaker fails to export even with a single JPG image.
I can create the project and fill in all required fields.
When exporting, DreamMaker creates:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\DeskScapes.mp4
but the file is always 0 KB.
Error:
"The video file is empty."
Tested:
- Fresh DeskScapes installation
- Run as Administrator
- ESET disabled
- HEVC extensions installed
- Static JPG image only
- Same result every time
Has anyone found a fix for this?
