Is Iconpackager working in Vista?

I read in a few places that iconpackager was updated to work with windows vista. So I went ahead and downloaded my enhanced copy and purchased a premium icon package to spice vista up a bit. When I load then apply any icon packages, however, the screen flashes and the icons do not change. I've tried rebooting, running as admin, etc, nothing is making it work, and now I'm aggravated that I can't use the icon package I just bought. Is there some sort of trick to using iconpackager in vista? Am I supposed to be using a pre-release version of iconpackager or what? I have the latest released version, 3.11 or something like that. Please help.

Thanks,
sgaske

You will need to have the "pre-released" versions checked in Stardock Central.  I believe the latest beta is 3.19 and that was running fine in Vista.

IconPackager works fine under Vista. But to have the icons look really cool i use IconX and that is not working under Vista.
