Now, before you groan and quit reading this immediately at the sight of that wretched acronym “MMORPG,” take into account that Blizzard is developing the game. They have a history of producing completely amazing games. In recent memory, I can’t ever remember a single game coming from Blizzard that actually bombed with the gaming community (though The Lost Vikings is debatable…). Blizzard gives each and every game they produce great support. Hell, they recently released a new patch for Starcraft — a game that game out in 1999! Also, they waited until the community voiced their opinions on what they like and dislike about the current and past batches of MMORPGs, so they’re learning, essentially, from other companies’ mistakes.
