Migration/Shell Icon Issues with 3.20[a].033 Update

Individually assigned icon paths are not being updated with the migration (not certain they can be):

I also can't get shell icons to repair after the update - they're stuck on the default windows icons despite rebuilding the cache a couple of times & reloading the icon set twice with the "Repair all shell icons" option selected.

FWIW I did not reboot after the update (was not prompted to do so). This is on XPP.

New wrinkle to the issue:

I installed the update while logged on to the local machine & encountered the problems noted above. I logged the same machine on to my work domain (different profile) this morning and all the icons, including the shell icons, are what they should be. I'm sure this is because they were cached, but interesting nonetheless. Makes me reluctant to apply any new packages in this profile, though.

Logged on to the local machine again this morning & all the icons are back to what they should be again. Mysterious, but problem solved.

And I really like the new icon browser window.
