You have dared to enter the lair of the most ferocious predators in the galaxy!

It is the ulitmate destiny of the Kzinti to conquer the other civilizations of the galaxy, subjugate and enslave any who may prove useful to us, and devour the rest. The Fanged God has ordained that this is how it will be.

In just 26 octals of days (7 months or so...Kzinti count in base 8), the Kzinti Empire rose from obscurity, to #1 on the Metaverse. With the blessings of the Fanged God, we have remained dominant for 100s more octals of days since that auspicious day.  We leapt past the other empires, and our mighty domain now encompasses over 32 million more light years than the second most powerful empire.  The most recent Galactic Map data shows that we have subjugated over 45% of the galaxy.  Many warriors from the old and dying empires have joined us, to avoid being eaten along with the rest.  We hunger to establish indefinite supremacy over all the inferior sentient species...

We have also been #1 on the AltMeta for over 3 years running. The Empire grows more powerful with each passing day as new conquests are won, and more warriors join us in our inevitable rise to rule the galaxy!

The Kzinti are a species of bipedal space-faring feline predators, who love nothing more than conquest and battle. Created by sci-fi writer Larry Niven, the Kzinti have had many stories written about them, most notably in the Man-Kzin Wars series of books. They have also shown up in the Star Trek universe, and a number of other realities.

The Kzinti have been called various things: The Kzinti Hegemony, The Patriarchy of Kzin, the Kzinti Empire, etc. Think of it as different alien species referring to them in their own ways. ;)

The Kzinti are a highly cultured race, they pray to the great Scratching post that they cling to after life and believe a great kitty litter box will accend from the hevans and bless them all with it's precence. In the name of the litter and the box and the plastic lining, Dig in. Litter relieve you. It's not just eating they enjoy. they have their art work, their religeon, their movies (My favourite is the 'Phantom firehydrant').A very cultured race.

The Kzinti went further in this respect than any other species. They actually genetically engineered their kzinrettis (females) into sub-sentience once they acquired sufficient bio-technology. Now I'm not advocating misogyny in any way, but this is certainly an unusual and interesting part of their story.

(My favorite is the 'Phantom firehydrant').Yeaaaah. They kicked me out of the holoplex when they first played that one. Public indecency....I DON'T WEAR CLOTHES!!!!! And anyways...that liquid that was on the floor was my lemon-aid. SHEASH!

So I've been completing ZYWs with the stock races, going for my racial medal. Some of them are really badly suited to the ZYW strategy...Drath and Korx so far seemed pretty weak.

edit: I've completed ZYWs with all the stock civs, but no racial medal...hmmm. Not sure what is up.

Since it was lemonade...I wouldn't think so. And anyways, if it was something else, Kzinti janitors just scratch some sand over top that stuff and leave it. Somehow your people think that is all that is needed. I've heard of cover-ups, but not like THAT.

Thanks about the standings. I couldn't stand that abomination that was Mutley being above me. I should EASILY have 15 tonight, if not better. I get about 11k added to my score each game right now.

Well you got 5 stars on the logo. The top 4 represent the lesser nobles. The big star is the Patriarch.

Each of the lesser nobles controls 1 of the 4 principle divisions of Kzinti Space.

Duke(highest of the lesser nobles) is along the Klingon border
Marquis is on the Federation border
Count is on the Lyran border
and then there is the Baron who gets the newly explored regions.

Not sure what the circle or colors mean.

Awesome AF_Ronin! Thanks for all the hard work putting this together. The Kzinti prclaim you an honorary Hero of the Empire! :D Thanks for the info about the logo too, nice details. I'm going to play a GC2 game with Star Trek themed Kzinti, along with Klingons, Federation, etc. Very cool. :)

I've got my second Swindle game almost completed. The settings are huge, all-abundant, and the score the last time I checked was 423,500 at the 6 year mark. If I extend it another year, I think I will get around 445,000 for 7 years. :HOT:

Well I did say human-like, which is a little different. ;) I suppose its supposed to be a demon skull, but I would think a Geckodon demon would look more lizard-like.

I like that logo better Seth, at least the eye looks vaguely reptilian.

you wouldn't believe what kind of a turn technology has been driven too. Magic theoriocracy has taken on a HUGE role in mass warfare. shields don't absorb shots anymore, rather repel them. weapons are devistating, dead stars can be relight after a terror star and populations live in fear. radioactive weapons have become a reality. a simple mass drive bullet could be fatal. These new advancements are compliment of the Galactic senate which the Kzinti hold very powerful seat on. Most of us are allied wiht the Kzinti government and have incorperated their customs into our way of life. maybe peace is the answer. the HCH use to be the power but now it's the dawn of predators and the Kzinti hold the power. The confederation are a force to be recognised too, they hold a very strong seat on the senate aswell. as did the autobots at 1 point. now we face an era where the strong survive.
