Increasing No. of Trade Routes???

I researched Trade and advanced Trade and now have a total of 3 routes. Is there a way to gather additional routes???

Keep researching tech. There are a number of technologies that give you more routes. Also, there is a UP resolution that you might come across that increases the number of routes by 2.

Right, some of the techs are fairly high up in the tech tree, but it shouldn't take too long to reach 5 routes if you make sure you do your research there, rather than focusing entirely on other areas. According to JavaScout's web site (thanks again!) They are:

Trade (you know that one)
Advanced Trade
Xeno Trade Persuasion
Cultural Trade
Xeno Intimidation
Trade Organizations
Smuggling
Conglomerates
Benevolence
Xeno Brain Washing
Hyper Trade
4D Wormholes
Controlled 4D Wormholes
Near Omniscience

Note regarding the above list: Smuggling and Xeno Intimidation are limited to evil races. Benevolence and Hypertrade are limited to good races.
