Altarian Update?

The Altarians arrived in TA beta along with the Thalans, correct?

Ive seen an update where they will give a short description of the changes along with some of the new techs. Did they not do this with the Altarians? Normally I think it was a Draginol (sp?) post

Yeah, I saw that one, but don't they normally release one with a list of the techs or social structures and a brief description of what has changed? I remember seeing that for the Drengin/Terran/Korx/Thalan etc. I was just wondering if they ever released one for the Altarian.
