How different are the races?

How different exactly are the various races? Do they actually have behaviours that are racial, and just not based on their intelligence and morality? Or is it just like humans with different ability bonuses, etc.?

The Drengins are the only ones i've figured out. There militaristic. The others are still hard to tell at this moment.

Each of the AIs has its own AI that is used to determine how it acts.

No race has any benefits aside from what they get in game (excepting initial picks).

Each race will also choose new racial picks each game based on an initial decision on strategy style (a style which may change during gameplay based on what's happening) . This makes races which use the same AI each game play very differently, adding to the sense of uniqueness.
