Error message downloading Bonuspack

I have installed the latest GalCiv and Multimedia. However, whenever I try to download the Bonuspack, I get the following message:

"There was an error downloading the Bonuspack. The following error occurred:

C:\Program Files\Games\Stardock\temp\mod_bonuspack\data\up_issues\bonuspack.UP_ISS
Failed: File deleted

Any idea what is going on? I reinstalled the game because after updating one time, the music disappeared and stopped playing. But now I have problems updating the Bonuspack. Help!

Clean out the temp directory see if that helps.
