Small (<1Mb), OK looking, searchable, PDF version of the manual available

It's fully based on Azakain's scan of the printed manual (word doc available from JavaScout's site). I only spent a couple of hours on this so it's far from perfect but a whole lot better than what we had until now (IMHO...).
The page with the tech tree is utterly useless but I kept it in for the sake of "completeness"

Please note that the content is the same as that of the printed manual (no updates yet).

Just noticed that the size in the subject line of the post came out as ">1Mb"... actually it's 1,024,267 bytes (about 0.9M).
