Won't let me rejoin my empire

When I first registered in the multiverse, I did not see my name in my chosen empire, Apolyton. After finishing and uploading my first game, I still did not see my name, so I hit quit empire. Now I am not in an empire, but if I go to Apolyton I still see "quit empire" listed. Further, I cannot join any empire because of this bug.

Re-register on the Metaverse, fixed the problem for me

That didn't work. When I hit register everything was already filled in. I hit register anyway and it said you have been registered, etc.

This is obviously a bug.

Try logging out of www.galciv.com, delete all cookies on the computer and log in again. That might work!

I got it to work by creating my own empire and deleting it and then I could join. Thanks for the help.
