Can't find myself on the Metaverse

Whew - just had a major victory against the AI (all on Beginner, though).

I wanted to submit my score to the metaverse, but I can't find myself on it. That's the third time now, and I actually wanted to show it off :(

I have a DSL line, used 'Klaus' as alias, and yet... nothing. The program simply continued to the main menu, as if it had submitted my score.

Mind you, it's not *that* important (I'm busy with my next war, it's 02:25 am, ca't stop ;) ), but it would be nice, anyway.

Anybody know what might be wrong?

advTHANKSance!

Your alias is "Klaus Breuer", according to your popup details. Load a near-the-end autosave, finish the game again, and resubmit with that as the alias.

(note that I'm looking at "Player Name", which corresponds with the Metaverse alias)

Great, thanks Geo! Worked great!

Wheeee, I'm in the top...erm...455. Perhaps I'd better not brag so much ;)

A nice search engine would be nice instead of flipping thru endless pages. Not hard to do... As we all have alias on metaverse, just do a lookup on alias which should be a primary key so it should be nice and fast too boot... Then use a pop up to display the users info.

Since most people check out the Metaverse merely to look at their score (and, full of envy, admire the top 10), perhaps clicking on the 'Metaverse' option in the main menu of the game should bering you straight to the correct page...

I usually just click on my name on a post here to check my score. :)

I usually just click my nick in this forum to check my score too. For some reason I didn't take the Metaverse Ranking part of my score seriously last night and started flipping pages in the Metaverse. I'll just say my page # is in the late teens...BAH! :)

I still can't figure out why I'm scored as high as I am.

I've got one game recorded on the lowest int for all the AIs, one on the next lowest, and one on sub-normal. I've played more, but I only record one for each difficulty level, 'cause I feel cheesy for even posting scores from those levels.

I may post more than one for normal and higher, though.
