Using map editor

when setting planet quality, i can only see the heading 'planet quality' at the bottom of the screen. the rest of the page seems to be cut off and no amount of shrinking and stretching can reveal it?

try setting yor display settings(desktop) @1024x 768 and the editer should show everything.
