Lovely download on SDC - just hit 150% and counting

Problem is probably: not deleting old file when retrying to download.

SDC version: 0.99e.156, build: 6

Also, for some reason every so often (about once every 30 seconds to two minutes) SDC is locking up for a few seconds, utilising 100% of the CPU and allowing nothing else to operate. This is on a WinXP system running on Celeron 900MHz, 256 MB mem and plenty of swap file spare. In writing this post I've experienced about four periods of 100% CPU utilisation.
