Feature Requests

I understand this might go outside the scope of what was originally envisioned in GalCiv, but I wish there was more of a role for espionage than what is currently implemented. I understand you have two sliders for invoking unrest and leaving spies. I would like to see the ability to deploy spies on specific missions such as blowing up installations, fermenting revolts (destabilization I think covers this), sabotage production, and such.

I know on many other TBS games, I'd play by the idea of stealing a civilization blind on top of doing my tech research. Have it to where maybe spy activities might influence your alignment negatively.

The other feature requests involve handling planet takeovers. There should be an option for either wiping out the existing population or taking it over the alculturating the population. On top of that, have what you do there as well as your bombardment options have a consequence on your alignment (basically if you're going to nuke a planet to the stone age or commit genocide, there should be some consequence).

A suggestion about Doomstars....have it to where if you start blowing up planets, that you're going to evoke potentially a negative reaction from the good races. (Who you would presume would be against this sorta thing)

Finally, there should be some more technologies present that would more clearly set apart playing good versus playing evil. Maybe a penalty perhaps.

I look forward to any comments you guys might have on these ideas.
