i got a message from the Drengin, offering me tribute....

Well, i noticed in their list of ships...they had teh Arceans Empire Flagship (?)

Interesting I thought that the Arceans for some reason gave over their flagship to the Drengin...

the "flagship" is the survey vessel that everyone starts out with (i think)... not that big a deal really...

i know what the flagship is...but considering that the flagship can become one of the strongest ships around...just kinda surprised me that they gave it up....
