Captain Jack Sparrow Captain Jack Sparrow

G.R.O.S.S. communication thread.

G.R.O.S.S. communication thread.

Cringe in fear do gooders. The G.R.O.S.S. (Get Rid Of Slimy alienS) empire is now formed. In less than an hour we have jumped 95 other Pacifist Doo Gooder victim empires and lept into 40th out of 135 ranked.

We are an evil empire bent on controlling everything and showing all the other empires out there who's boss. US. Are you listening Euro-"Oh lets let everyone be a senator and give em a vote doo gooder democracy alliance?" We come for you.

For a limited time, (untill I decide otherwise) 5 Pure Evil games, (or just impressing me with your game evilness) submitted will get you a Senatorship. Later, being the evil empire pyramid scheme we are, it will take 10. Of course, being the evil empire we are, that gives you no benefits, no pay, but all the alien carnage you crave most.

Now we do realize that sometimes, you just have to fake being good. You sometimes just have to infiltrate that pacifist party. We understand. But we aren't a kinder gentler empire and don't let their pacifism go to your head. And just sometimes, you gotta let the Aliens live (where else would you find slaves for the heavy metal lava mines?)

In the future, we shall update each other in the empire via this thread, brag of our conquests, drink blood wine, and generally just poke fun (creatively and humorously) at those players whom we find to be too goody goodyish.

Our mottos.

G.R.O.S.S. Where being good is merely a temporary strategy.

Just win baby.

Here's your ration of skin you do gooder wimp Drengin slime. Now get back to work

EBZeroMatrix you have been made a senator.

I repeat. Cringe in fear, we come for you.

A free pass at your wife till midnight?
Then she charges 777bc a pop?

Nice to see you're coming up with new recruiting ideas. Not sure it fits in with the "chaste jedi" image, though. :p

No doubt there were massive cost overruns during the construction of the Academy. You know how contractors are...
Yeah, they charge you an arm and a leg, then they don't caulk under the french doors...

LOL

Rumor has it, That some demigod TERRO STAR something or other at the CariElf Temple is sending servants to recover Captain PontiusBruinPilot body, So he will be revived. :SURPRISED:

HE HE HE HE HE!

In the lab I'm working in, we had contractors install a door. When they left, we tried to shut it... and it wouldn't close all the way. Not even close--it was maybe thirty degrees away from shutting.

Granted it was a special kind of door, but that's why we were paying them to do it. Sheesh. I can't fathom the sort of mind who could look at that kind of job and say, "hey, we're done."
That's the problem. They probably hung the door and didn't even test to see if it closed! LOL
Reply #3058 Top
So are you coming or not? I have to pay for the funeral arrangements of the contractors that we had to distpach, cough, sent to the other side...because they didn't finish the Academy on time. I think they used to work for Pontius. LOL

Gerakken, I very much enjoyed travelling with you as a pirate. As you can probably tell by the number of adventures we had together.

All of the crew were very welcoming and Kit's POSS site was extraordinary.

It was time for me to move on. Personally, my interest in Galcivia had begun to wane badly. A new start will refresh me for the next while. I have already lasted in Galcivia more than any other game I've played, much to my partner's despair. I didn't want to join another existing empire: it wouldn't have felt right after being in G.R.O.S.S. And the posse is such a close bunch of chums...we will make a difference in Galcivia, and always be mates with the pirates. Hope you all do whatever it takes to keep interested in the community (within reason of course). Cheers.

Gerakken - ditto Killa's thoughts regarding our journey together in GROSS. I realise you're still standing...but with few active members you and the Captain will have some thinking to do. Special Forces could do with a good Spymaster....if you and Pontius decide you've reached the end of one particular road, another journey beckons...

Is this empire dissolving itself. Let know I if need start looking for a new empire. I will temporary withdrawal myself from this empire until I know what is going on.

It seems you, me, and Gerakken are the actives still left. It all depends on what we wish to do. At this point I'm open to suggestion.

Do we.
End it. and go our seperate ways in the meta.
Join another empire together (the posse's seems pretty good.)?
Go on with what we have. With an active roster of 3 (and we don't submit as fast as some) it's gonna be tough) I'm just trying to get your thoughts on the matter.

Pontius.

The Aftermath. Part 15.

It was well rested. It decided to take the form of the picture and look through all the personal effects. Suddenly, it heard scuffling noises. Dressed in white was a special ops survey team from the mwc.

Meanwhile, aboard the manifest destiny. Order our battle hammer out of orbit. We don't want to get caught violating the ban... Destiny to survey team. Over.

Meanwhile, back on the genesis planet. It knew it better not be at the pod when the survey team came in. It decided to hide behind a rock. Just then, it remembered something from the before time. A clown it once liked or something to that effect. It decided to make itself into a clown. Unfortunately, it couldn't quite remember what a clown looked like. So this one ended up an evil funny mishapen clown with half it's face sunken in the way a 90 year old cocaine addicts would be. The survey team walked in. Hi!!! It said. I'm pennywise, want a baloon?

"Holy Schitt." What is it. Fire? zap zap zap zap. Wow that tickled a bit, it thought as the beams went through it temporarily only for the gaps to be filled back in. It wanted to play. It enveloped one of the mwc team, secreted acid, and disolved him for dinner. It had tasted Manflesh for the first time. It liked Manflesh. It shambled toward the rest of the party. "Survey team to base we need Pick up. immediately. Noo Noooo Noooooooooooo!!!!!!!" It consumed the entire party. It absorbed their memories. It seems These were humans. They knew of plenty of humans, Yummy humans to say the least. It wanted more. And with the memories of this team, it knew how to get more. Just then, it felt the presence of the other again......It knew there was more to it than this. But how to gain back what was missing and be whole again, it didn't know. In any case, These Cornpones were delicicious. And it wanted more.

Pontius you must fight on. The MWC would sorely miss our favorite enemy. You have a proud history of terrible deeds. So go sneak into some town throw a couple of sacks over some high ranking players and take them out to sea. (Just don't steel them from the MWC) ;) Long live the Pirates

Pontius you always can come to the Jedi Academy, we have found your great grandfather's name in the newest deciphered codixes, ther is a lot of hidden history about your ancestors and the Jedi past. ;)
So it has come to this...Pontius, I wish you, Gerakken, and black smoke all the best. In the back of my mind, I hope you decide to stick it out and try to rebuild G.R.O.S.S., but you guys have a tough decision to make.

Good luck.

Quack looked at the manifest in his hand for one last time. The booze tanks were filled to the brim for the long journey ahead. The transmorgrifier was safely stored in the cargo bays. Even the dismanted time machine had been packed up and brought aboard. There was nothing left to do here.

"Release docking clamps. Set course for the rendezvous."

The Retox slowly pulled away from the Survey Ship of Doom, and began the long voyage out of pirate space. Quack brooded in his command chair, thinking about the new adventures he was headed
into with his mates...

His weapons officer brought him out of his day-dreaming.

"Sir! We've got a juicy target, bearing 043 by 145!"

"A juicy target?"

The weapons officer gulped, and remembered the new orders they were operating under.

"Correction, sir. Civilian freighter, Hakka class. Heavily loaded, minimal armanents."

There was silence on the bridge for a few moments. Then the weapons officer's fingers started to twitch. He started to reach for the turret controls a few times, but caught himself every time.

Quack knew exactly how the weapons officer felt.

It's been a blast serving with ye brethren of the high seas!
I've been a pirate so long, I think I've a copped a bit of Black Pearl Syndrome myself. Thanks for sharing the loot, mateys. :)

Whatever strange new forms our new empire takes on, I'm sure you'll be welcome if you want to give it a shot. Hell, if you sign up, we might be able to sneak out for some piracy once in a while and alibi each other :p

OK, done. I'll just hold position for the moment. Things still are pretty messy around here. But it is nothing that a few billion alien converts/slaves/casualties can't take my mind off of, depending on how naughty or nice I decide to make it. The ultra-pacifist game I submitted yesterday was pretty cool, though.

We appreciate that you three will need some time - just to let you know that Special Forces will also sit tight, awaiting the outcome ie we wont process any 'requests to join' until the situation is clear for you. If any of you feel differently, or want to talk to me: [email protected]

The meta bloodletting continues. Anzac just lost a member to put G.R.O.S.S. back into the top 5.

And now back to the coolest story in the meta.. SLUGGY.

As we last left our heroes, The Posse was headed toward the temple of Carielf.

Oh you must know it's going to be a star trek 3 the search for spock rip off don't ya? DON'T YA?

The Posse arrived at the temple of Cari-elf.

"OH Come on," said the Quack. "We all know she's gonna tell us Pontius is in there. We're gonna have to violate the council, get him, bring him back and reintigrate him. And then we get to stay with the elf babe awhile and then go rescue some whales. And I for one think it's great he's killing MWC's and others that happen to stray to his planet in the meantime. Why do we have to get elf sanction. This is a waste of time.

Wombat: This is more for killa's sanity than anything else. You know how he loves that elf.

The Posse laid Killa down at the foot of Cari, the great one. Cari looked him over and with a scowl on her face said. "I am sorry. I cannot help this one."

Cyper: Why you... I ought to make sure those french doors of yours stay uncaulked!!!!!!

Wombat: Easy there buddy.

Cari: I cannot help this one because there is nothing wrong.

Wombat: You mean Pontius didn't mind meld with Killa?

Cari: Of that I cannot say, but I sense only one presence here now. Though Killa obviously share's DNA with Pontius. My guess is he's Pontius son. Maybe that explains the Psychosymatic symptoms.

Wombat: You mean I should have prescribed him a placebo all this time?

Cari. No worries. I'll wake him up, pretend I'm doing something, and he'll be alright.

Killa wakes up: Cari does her thing.

The Quack: Ok you're cured sunshine, now lets go have a drink.

Killa: You mean no Pontius?

Quack: No Pontius Killa, At least not yet. Now lets go rescue some whales.

To be continued.

Editors note: So it was gonna be a ST3 rip off eh? AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAAH. you have no clue where this is going..... Admit it. You're rivited to your chair awaiting the next episode. :)

Meanwhile:
Black Smoke: Threadzilla isn't eating her food. What's the matter girl. Threadzilla merely let out a mournful howl.....
