How do I activate my downloaded skins?

I've downloaded some skins to try to costumize my computer, but the skins wont do anything.

When I downloaded them they didn't work and just laid there like a piece of crap, and they still do.

Can you answer this and give me a solution?

how many threads do you plan to create on the same subject? really , one will do the trick, if you are patient.

Do you have the programs needed to use those skins? if not, you need to visit www.stardock.com and dl a trial or purchase. It's worth it.
oh word to the wise, crak programs dl'd somewhere else have lots of problems including virus' ,and will garner you no support within this community, so you're better off purchasing.
