It's going to be okay ^_^. We all go through the self~absorbed superficial stage at one time or another in life so try not to be too hard on yourself. Actually it is a defense mechanism to protect yourself from feeling the pain. Once you get past that you change yourself moving forward realizing that what you do effects other people around you that each of us are here to contribute to the whole.

When it rains it pours when this happens sometimes you need to accept the fact you got caught in the storm. Once you have accepted this you realize you didn't melt ^_^ ! So you think to yourself ok I got wet, so now I am going to ensure that I am prepared for the upcoming forecasts.
