Dread Lords!!

Did someone have to fight against them? Their ships are RIDICULOUSLY STRONG! (Battleship=6 DEF, 50 ATK; Battlecruiser=4 DEF, 40 ATK). I've destroyed 6-7 of their ships with my survey ship and a ranger, but they seem to have at least 30 more battleships! They have vanquished the Altarians in 2-3 turns.

Please, can somebody help me on how to kill them??

Use espionage to prevent them from coming in the first place...Only thing I found that worked...they aren't called the Pansy Lords after all. ;-)

i had to deal with them for 17 year once it was no easy for 13 of the years i was just fortifing my systems ui relized though if i just would have attack them right away i would have been about to beet them they only had 4 ships and i had a huge fleet with a excavated Ranger.

Or you could just join us. Really, wouldn't you be upset if the Arnor had imprisoned you in a crystal for eons on end? Geeze, try to get a little payback and the galaxy hates you for it. LOL

You get several messages about the cult looking for the orb prior to the Dreadlords coming. If you have sufficient espionage out there you will get a message describing how your agents stopped the cult before they succeeded.

I don't know if it matters who you espionaged against. When I discovered this the only race I was spying on just coincidentally happened to be the race whose planet became the Dread Lord capital. So I don't know if that is a requirement or if anyone would have done it.

Those numbers sound like a prime candidate for a pre-emptive strike. One Dreadnought could slice through those defensive numbers.

Yeah, use espionage to prevent them from APPEARING. But how do I deal with them if my agents have failed me?

Oh, Asharak, even though they have low DEF numbers, I once attacked one of their battleships with GRN Avenger (Ranger-class, 98/98 HP, 45 ATK, 39 DEF) and I suceeded, but my ship was left with 7 HP! :notsure:

I had espionage at 24bc but that didn't seem to help. They are just too powerful. (:(

How much espionage do you need?
