Star Wars: A New Era is a mod for TA. It takes place in an alternative timeline created by time travel. 

The races are: Galactic Empire,  United Rebel Union,  Corellian Resistance, Naboo Confederation, Hutt Cartal,  Zann Consotrium, Droid Separtist Movement, Mandalorian Empire, Jedi Refuge,  Bounty Hunter Refuge,  Pirate Star Empire, Galactic Star Coltalation.

Custom Campaign:  A New Era

I'd like to hear everybody's ideas.

 I need,
1. Someone to work on the tech trees.
2. Someone to design and work on the interface.
3. Someone who know hows to texture planets

Greivous hay there here in the library.  Its just the Imperials right now, I have had to take a break from the ships for a little while since I started my clinical work but once things slow down a bit I will finish up the Republic and move on to the Rebels and CIS.

dude retuen star wars force unleashed. its a bust i rented it a finished it in less then two days. but good luck on warrhammer i love this game but i can wait in till warrhammer 40k online comes.

Well I was thinking 1 vertical and 1 horizonal since they can fight like that. Technically the lasers aren't suppose to work when wings are closed.

I don't know I think it will be silly.  They aren't going to fly any faster in combat screen and technically they are only suppose to fight with wings open.

A working star wars mod would be fun (tough I'd rather someone finished the B5 Mod).

I remember the SW Mod for Galciv. It was very nice. Especially when you hit the negotioation screen while the empire was in good relations with you, coz then instead of Vader you were greeted by a fat male belly dancer. *laughs*

Absolutely I would love to have it.  Though there is no rush right now.  I am taking a small break from the project right now (class and my practicum internship are taking most of my time right now).  But I will leap back into it in full gear once I get to the break.
