Dreams in Classic theme

Anyone know the process for getting dreams to run in windows classic theme, I have checked the service mentioned in the error message is running which it is so there must be something else?

If Your Having This Problem, I Found That Your Experence Rating Needs To Be 2.0 And Higher For Dreams To Work!!

No I wanted to run dreams in classic theme , windowblinds would be the way to go with a skin created to look like it however there are none that work as a skin let alone to run with dreams - maybe someone will make one ? LOL
