you can use it to transport people, animals, people parts, animal parts, raw materials, cooked materials, produce & more; you can use it as a motel, an apartment, an outhouse, a chicken house, a dog house & more. should work fine to power a grist mill, a potting wheel, a loom & lots of other stuff formerly relied on mules, horses, water, wind & gravity.
