Ai Building Dreadnoughts without Tech

In my last 2 Games the AI Begun to build Dreadnoughts as soon as they had any weapons to equip on a ship.

 

This all started after i Installed the HRGMod 2.0 and one of the Jewlerys mod from the Mod section (HCGCM for TA 1.0).

I cant build Dreadnoughts, so i dont believe its directly related to the two mods above. (I Can build Ships looking like Dreadnoughts, but the AI is actually buildng REAL Dreadnoughts (100+ HP 6+ Weapons (Stingers -.-)).

 

That all happend on Immense Galaxy Maps with AI-CPU MAX, 9 Opponents, Overall Difficulty Tough.

On a tiny Map with only one Opponent (same Mods, evrything else the same) this didnt Happen.

Something new happend inmy current game.

Some of the AIs simply dont put any weapons on their ships. They dont build any Offensive Ships at all and their Defender Desings lacks any Equipment.

And they certainly have plenty of weapontechs to use I gave them...

 

Any suggestions?
