Easier ways to target allies.

The title says it all.

When playing a healer, or casting a shield on an ally it is a pain in the #$%^ to try to click on them with 100 things on the screen.

Give us a way to select allies (or self for that matter) easier to cast spells.

Either optional clickable portraits or keyboard shortcuts come to mind as ways to implement this.

Yeah, stuff like this has been suggested more than once (understatement) in beta, still hope for something like that..

Yes, but it's always unfortunate when your full-health-Oak is standing right next to your about-to-die-ally, and he dies while his buddy stands literally on top of his corpse shielded and invulnerable.

Ctrl-click doesn't do much when two demigods are standing very near eachother.

The HUD needs to offer visual feedback and interaction with your allies and on your minions.

This is SO important if demigod wishes to become a competition-level title and solidify it's long-term success.

There needs to be a way to track allies and minions on the hud. The obvious, tried and true formula would be the inclusion of Health and Portrait data for all Allied Demigods visible as a UI element on the hud. Additionally, for generals, a smaller indicator showing minions is a given too.

We're used to this in almost ANY mmo type game, but I really think this information needs to be provided in Demigod too, or the frustration of interacting with allies will overweigh any strategic value that should be the focus of all competitive match-ups.

I really think people should get behind this thread, and let the devs know just how much this is needed.

We're used to this in almost any RTS type game as well...

I agree.

I dont see why u cant left click and look around rather then using Q and E which seems like a pain. There is rarely a need to select your allies at all. Tab to cycle through enemies and Alt Tab to cycle through allies.
