Connection problems

You have entered an invalid username and/or password

Honestly, this is the first time I am having a problem like this:

"You have entered an invalid username and/or password"

 

Everyone who has the same problem please write a short message here, so we can get attention as soon as possible and get it fix!

 

If it is a wrong message (I have seen some messages recently that server were down) then please fix the servers and fix the message.

If it the right message, please fix the problem as soon as possible and/or give us a working workaround, you can also write it in the style workaround for dummies:

1. You paypal e-mail was [email protected]

2. You registered an account SuperHero231 with the e-mail [email protected]

Now you have a problem, bla bla, you have to follow these steps to get it fixed.

when the servers go down u get this error, they need a message saying login servers are down or servers are down instead of invalid pass

I am not sure that servers are down right now.

 

I have checked log file; and this is the messages I am getting:

I get this same message when I lag out and have to close the game through the task manager.  Then next time I try to log in it gives me that error.  but then I just restart my computer and it works.

Thanks, it is a bit too late for me :(((((

I decided to update my registration with impulse and as the result cannot start the game anymore (registration failed, your serial number had been used already).

I have emailed them already, waiting for an answer.

 

This shit gets me frustrated, a bit more and they will spoil the game for me.

I was told its a matter of "merging" the email addresses. Where this is done I'm not sure. There's a "Registrations" tab under "My Account" in this forum that shows me what game I bought (though it incorrectly says it was a digital download) that shows my CD Key (that's also a little alarming). Since I used the same email (i.e. didn't use paypal) I don't have multiple registrations for one game listed. Do you? If you do have multiple registrations for Demigod is there an option to "Merge" the accounts?

Might help, might not......This "merging" may be on the Impulse side.

And it is shown twice. May be this is the problem, that instead of Demigod I got impulse, the question is how to change it.

Well...if you happen to see a player named "Boodah" ask him/her what they actually did to fix the same issue. He/she said all they did was "merge emails" and they were instantly able to get on......

Go to the "can't log in" sticky. That should fix ur problem. You gotta merge e-mail accounts.

Thanks, did it already, did not help.

 

Maybe I did it wrong, but I do not care anymore, it is not my problem. They do not fix it till tuesday I will ask for refund.
