The Alien Intelligence Community was in an uproar today when the non-profit galactic corporation (NPGC) found that Humans were regularly cheating while playing Galactic Civilization.

Emperor X-1 from the Yor Empire had this to say:
"It was very odd indeed that no matter how hard we tried our Overlords were not able to penetrate the human Corvettes. Well...we later found out that the humans stacked 99 Corvettes and we were unable to get through."

"Yes! We Love War, but these humans...they war...call peace...war call peace...they war...how can we keep up!" said Drengin General Charzak
"Humans must play fair and stop complaining about the Alien Intelligence Community cheating in the game, we do not as long as we are kept at an Intelligent level." Torian ambassador said. "We are bugged in some ways, yes, but cheaters no! We will persevere and may BRAD be with us."

There are several "enhancements" the AI needs to attain parity with human cheating:

I think the AI should reload when it loses a battle . ;)

Any AI should also press Alt n to get a good starting location. ;)

The AI should build up a huge killer fleet, put it right next to a friendly human world and then launch an unstoppable surprise attack on its' dearest friend. ;)

The AI should make peace to extract gold and other concessions from the human and then declare war again that same turn. :)

The AI must, of course, also be trained to log onto an internet forum and boast about how clever it was doing the above things. ;)

Anyone else realise the that majors actually have their own empires registered on the Metaverse?

The AI should get to submit their scores to the Metaverse automatically after every game. :)

The Yor 1st AI complained that after giving the "final frontier" tech to part of the human race they suddenly zapped a whole Yor fleet and left this universe. The Yor scientifics still can´t understand how the humans did it.
