Hope you don't mind me asking but does tis have something to do with the article about how Softpedia (or some other software site) was taking files from Stardock users and putting them on their sites without permission? If so this is a great email or letter to send to them. Very nice.

You need to.

Basically you have two options. Protect your IP correctly [formally and accurately].

Or abandon it.

An alias or false identity/information would be grounds for dismissal [ignoring] of the claim of ownership as you need to be able to both demonstrate who you are as well as you being the owner of the IP.

How do you do this I have seen it and  thought about doing it

and even forgot where i seen it at

 

and would it by filling it out would that mess with an E-mail that I would send to a friend that dose not have an electronic signature

or them send me ?

In case this info is need I use MSN's (Live and MSN) e-mail I also have Gmail and Yahoo and Road runner only use MSN's Messenger

or dose it even have anything to do with E-mail?
