Error after trying to pre-order Diplomacy

from Stardock Forums

I've been trying to pre-order Diplomacy, but each time, after I confirm my order, I get "Stardock store page error", and to E-mail them with the following reference number; 33605bad-4f7d-4df4-ae4b-735fd1266e3a. I e-mailed them a couple days ago, and haven't received a responce.

Anyone else have this problem, and find a way around it?

Did you use paypal to pre-order?  Paypal will not accept transanctions for preorders.

I used my credit card. Athlan gave me a useful bit of information- I needed to enter my credit card number without spaces, which I've never had to do before. That appears to be all the problem was. I wonder if I missed a blaring notice about that somehow?

I had this same problem too, for some reason it wouldn't fill out my order on Impulse. So i bought it on the Stardock website/store. Worked fine.

 

But did you use Impulse?
