Wow...A Great MLK Jr. Day!

You would not believe the great day I had yesterday on MLK Jr. day.  The day started out with wedding dress shopping.  I went with one of my best friends, her mom, and another one of my best friends.  It was great because she found her dress and it looks absolutely perfect on her.  Plus, we found our bridesmaids dresses!  We couldn't believe our luck!  I looked a little weird in my dress because I had my sheepskin boots on.  What, are you not supposed to wear those with fancy dresses?   Before we left, my bride friend bought a raffle ticket from the shop to win her wedding dress for free so hopefully she wins!

So after wedding dress shopping I met up with my husband to see a hip hop show with our Enjoy the Arts membership with a couple of our friends, but they wouldn't let us use our voucher for it so we couldn't go.  I was pretty sad, but we all just went out to dinner at Outback Steakhouse instead.  We talked about some meaningful stuff most of the time, but we also joked around a lot which made me feel better about missing the show.  We got the bloomin' onion, so that helped my mood too lol.

Luckily, our night didn't end with dinner.  After dinner we went to our friend's house to have desert and watch the Best of Jimmy Fallon on SNL which was absolutely hilarious.  I never realized how funny Jimmy Fallon actually is.  No wonder he has his own late night show.  Before we left my friend lent me this of hers because my just decided to stop working all of a sudden.  I'm totally wiped out today though, which is rough.
