A Great Wedding Memory

Chris and Lisa, our dear friends that I keep talking about, got married the Sunday before last.  Finally!  I'd been waiting for their wedding day for what felt like forever.  I'm sure they felt like it took forever way more than I did though.  Anyway, it was the best day ever.  My husband and I had a great time sharing the day with them.

The Cincinnati Nature Center was the site of their ceremony and reception.  It was fun and entertaining wedding that is for sure.  It was the most unique wedding I think I've ever been to.  Of course, that shouldn't surprise me because their rehearsal dinner was just as unique.

I think the reception represented the how different their whole wedding experience actually was.  It was completely laid back.  There were even little kids running around with costumes on, like pirate clothing and stuff.  I was so surprised when when I saw the first little kid running around in a toddler pirate costume.  Anyway, the only glitch there was in the whole day for me was that I forgot all of my makeup lol.  Luckily, my awesome husband was still at home and was able to bring me this just time.  So other than that, the day was completely perfect.  I'm so glad for their union.
