So... why do you use a picture of a cat if you like dogs so much?

because most pictures are of cats its hard to find a useful picture of a dog i blame the cat lovers

• dogs eat your shoes, most cats don't
• dogs stink,
• cats are great for farms, they kill all the mice
• cats don't increase your homeowners insurace
• cats won't tear up your house/plants etc
• dogs dig up your yard

3 well theres a reason for this its because the smart people have no time to take care of a real pet and give it love and care so they get a cat which just takes care of itself so infact they are lazy
5 if you allow your dog to bark for no reason or bark to much its your fault not theres your suppose to train them not to bark

No, it's because people like taking photos of cats a lot more because they have much more expressive faces.

A cat's face is designed to mimic that of a baby. Just like babies, it also takes time before they gain the ability to wink.

It's very interesting how some of the time they will actually mimic your facial expressions, like monkeys, which suggests relatively high intelligence.

You sound like my mom. She thinks that when my dog barks in a certain manner that it sounds like "I love you". The whole arguement that cats have more expressive faces than dogs is a joke too you obviously haven't spent more than a few minutes with a dog to think that.

Dogs have fewer facial muscles, and their faces aren't ovular like a human or ape's face.

Every part of a cat's face, tail, and posture indicates a different emotion. Dogs' tails twitch when they're happy. Not much to them.

Wheres the cat and dog skull muscle diagram? Links? have you studied animal anatomy? I would also say that everything you said about a cat giving body language can also be said for dogs.

It's actually been biologically proven that domesticated cats have evolved to look like human babies to appeal to us. And also that they meow to sound like babies:

Cats are evil :3 But I will always prefer the average cat to the average dog.

Dogs are also very good at minipulating there owners. If a dog  wants you to get out of bed it will whine and bump your arm with its wet nose. It maybe more forward and annoying but it gets the job done just the same.

I find this arguement between cats and dogs rediculous. Neither dogs nor cats are scientically better than the other. Bias opinions are the only way to argue about this and I find that type of arguement tiring.

The reason behind my bias toward dogs is that I am allergic to cats. I also find dogs more rewarding because you can interact with dogs in a more responsive manner than cats. If you give a dog a command it will listen. If you give a cat a command it might look at you, blink its eyes, and than turn its head back to the previous position that it was in.

Bullshit. The idea that being an agreeable little bitch makes you intelligent is laughable. The fact that a dog can take orders doesn't make it intelligent. The fact that a cat usually ignores orders could mean it has free will

What I said had nothing to do with intelligence. I just enjoy time with dogs more because they are responsive and cats are not. Dogs following commands which lets you interract with them when you want to. Versus interacting with a cat is almost entirely up to the cat unless you pick it up and give it a belly rub. Dogs listen to commands nearly 100% of the time, cats do not.
