Thanks, TH; though I should point out that that post doesn't exactly answer my question. They COULD be planning to hole up for a week... 
It's almost 9pm here, so my guess, Stardock wont make the 16th promise!.....Come on prove me wrong.
I kinda don't want them working this late. I can't see how productive you'd be after 15 hours of work when you have to be detailed. I know how I was after 12 hour shifts in the military doing something as imprecise as weather forecasting.
Crunch time really does seem to blow for developers.

I don't think they will sleep good if they don't finish what they are working on and have to work every minute of the weekend/week to do something they can't get right in a time frame that goes into overtime. It's saturday here.

That's true but than they shouldn't say things like " We aren't going home till we finish this"

I know that feeling. I've stayed up all night, literally, to finish stuff before and never anything as ambitious or meaningful as a professional game.
Change log is up, where is the download.
Hours up, and its almost morning everywhere in the U.S. So the answer to thread title is no. But then morning is a whole new day!
